BLOGMAS DAY 14: Birmingham Christmas Markets

Hello! Welcome to my blog if you're new and welcome back if you're returning! I have decided that I am going to do 'Blogmas' this year where I will be posting every day from the 1st of December until the 24th of December, so come back every day for a new post!

At Christmas, one of my favourite things to do is to visit the Christmas markets. Each December many city centres come alive with the arrival of the festive German Christmas Markets and you know that when these arrive, Christmas is just around the corner.

I recently visited the Birmingham Christmas markets with my girlfriend and her family. It had been snowing the day before we went and it snowed the whole day whilst we were there which made it so much more Christmassy (and slippery!).

There were so many amazing smells like garlic from the cheesy garlic bread cooking on the market stalls, chocolate crepes and hot chocolate. I had such a lovely day and ate so many incredible foods. We obviously had to try some garlic bread which was so incredible, it genuinely changed my life, no lie. We also had a kinder bueno crepe which was amazing. However, the most amazing thing I had was a chocolate covered marshmallow which was a thousand times better than it actually sounds.

I didnt take my camera as I didnt want to damage it because of the snow, so I didnt take many photos but here are some that I did take:
