BLOGMAS DAY 10: Christmas Decorations Reveal

Hello! Welcome to my blog if you're new and welcome back if you're returning! I have decided that I am going to do 'Blogmas' this year where I will be posting every day from the 1st of December until the 24th of December, so come back every day for a new post!

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to Christmas decorations, and there are so many out there to buy that I thought it would be fun to show you our Christmas decorations (and it was an excuse for me to take pictures so its a win-win situation really).

We (well, mum) normally put our tree up around the 3rd of December, give and take. We take it down sometime after Christmas, however, your Christmas tree should be down by the 12th day of Christmas, which always falls on the 6th of January, this date marks the Epiphany - the day when the Three Wise Men visited the baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph in Bethlehem in the story of Jesus being born, which is what Christmas is based upon. The Epiphany is the official end of the festive season.

Our tree is basically full of baubles from around the world rather than your normal round silver ones, which is actually pretty incredible in itself. There are so many baubles from so many different places and they're all so unique but as you may notice, Disney is a main feature for the majority of the baubles on our tree. The photos below arent even half of the baubles on the tree, there are more disney ones, I promise.

They were just a few of my favourite Christmas decorations. I absolutely love the variety of different Christmas decorations on our tree, and it is nice having baubles from different places all over the world because it means that each one has its own individual story and it helps us to re-live a memory if we got it ourselves, or to think about a person if they got it!

Thanks for reading!
